Fiverr Introduces Fiverr Agencies and New Features

Leading freelance platform Fiverr announced its Winter Product Release, a combination of features implemented as a result of feedback gathered from freelancers and businesses on the platform.

Some of the standout releases include Fiverr Agency, a product tailored to the unique needs of agency teams, a Consulting Category consisting of top-notch industry experts, and a rating and review system.

Fiverr Agencies will “make it easier for agency teams to build their client base and for client prospects to find them.” Agencies can create detailed profiles to highlight their work, team members, and past projects, making it easier for businesses to find the right agency for their needs.

Fiverr Agencies is available through Fiverr and Fiverr Pro. The latter is the company’s solution for larger businesses, giving them business tools and catalogs of vetted professionals with demonstrated excellence in their respective fields. On top of providing catalogs, Fiverr Pro now offers Freelance network, a tool designed to simplify rehiring and improve retention. Businesses can now keep their go-to talent in one place and share it with team members.

Another new product on the platform is Fiverr Pro Freelancer Briefing. It provides AI support for writing briefs to speed up the hiring and onboarding process for businesses. The platform also allows businesses to save, share with team members, provide editing permissions, and repurpose these documents for future use.

Aside from Agencies, Fiverr introduced a new Consulting Category, where businesses can easily connect with expert consultants in AI, finance, legal, business, and more. These seasoned professionals provide guidance and support in areas such as e-commerce, web development, and marketing.

At its community’s request, Fiverr launched a new ratings, reviews, and leveling system that provides greater transparency for everyone involved. With the new system in place, freelancers will receive “data, actionable feedback, and tools to help them reach their full potential” and gain a greater understanding of their client relationships.

Fiverr Pro freelancers, for example, can now create Rich Freelancer Profiles and include previous work experience and client feedback outside of Fiverr. This makes it easier for seasoned freelancers who are new on Fiverr to start as Fiverr Pro freelancers.

Part of Fiverr’s Winter Product Release is also a revamped homepage that provides personalized service recommendations, easier navigation, and additional controls for businesses to connect with the right talent. Finally, Fiverr introduced a more resourceful Fiverr Pro community featuring knowledge-sharing and training opportunities.
