Brevo Launches AI Assistant
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, recently launched an AI assistant for email marketing. The new feature enables users to auto-generate subject lines tailored to their audience to streamline the campaign creation process and increase open rates.
“The Brevo AI assistant is an inspiration tool. You can either use the generated content as is or edit and delete it at any time during your campaign creation,” reads the company’s official statement.
The Brevo AI assistant is part of its campaign creation tool, allowing users to generate engaging subject lines with the help of AI. It works in both regular and A/B test campaigns. To use the Brevo AI assistant, users simply need to select “Use AI” when prompted to create the Subject line during their campaign creation process.
From here, they need to provide the campaign topic and any relevant keywords under 120 characters. The Brevo AI assistant will provide a personalized suggestion within seconds.
Users can then choose any of Brevo’s persuasive strategy propositions, like creating urgency or using power words to improve the initial result. Brevo’s AI assistant will provide three suggestions that users can improve further with more prompts. Users can also re-generate suggestions using the “Try again” icon until they are satisfied with the results.
Sendinblue rebranded to Brevo in late May to reflect its gradual progress from a newsletter-only service to a fully-fledged digital marketing platform. With 8 diverse companies, 700+ employees, and $100+ million in annual revenue, the initial name no longer fit the company’s diversified portfolio and larger selection of offerings.
With the ongoing AI revolution, companies are in a rush to adopt advanced AI technologies. Brevo is just one of the many marketing platforms that is leveraging AI at faster rates. Just recently, MailChimp, another leading marketing automation platform, introduced a number of AI features to meet customer expectations.
