Brevo Introduces New Sales Solutions
Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, released new sales solutions designed to help businesses deliver “seamless customer experiences” throughout the purchasing journey. The new solutions are part of the Pro version of its Sales Platform, Meetings, Phone, and Payments solutions.
As many as 73% of customers cite the experience as one of the most important factors that shapes their purchasing decisions. According to Brevo, its new sales solutions “enables small and mid-size organizations to cost effectively accelerate their sales cycle and streamline customer interactions,” from capturing leads and scheduling first meetings to finalizing details over the phone and collecting payments.
Brevo’s enhanced Sales Platform enables business owners to manage multiple sales pipelines and prospects from one place. A shared inbox allows businesses to keep their teams on the same page and gather valuable insights from past interactions. The Sales Pro plan is available globally for $12/user/month.
Brevo’s booking tool allows customers and prospects to easily schedule meetings. It also enables users to encourage more bookings by sharing booking links across websites and social media accounts.
Businesses can host meetings on Brevo or on popular meeting platforms like Zoom or Google Meet via integrations. The scheduling tool automatically transfers the meeting details to a calendar, eliminating the need for manual inputs. The Meetings feature is free of charge, and available on all Brevo plans globally.
Brevo’s new Phone Pro plan features a proprietary cloud-based phone system that allows businesses to make and receive phone calls from their phone or desktop. The system comes with call and voicemail transcription and recording. It also gives users access to call history and statistics they can use for future reference and apply to their marketing strategy. The Phone Pro plan is available globally for $19/user/month,
Finally, Brevo introduced Brevo Payments as a way to get paid directly on its platform. One of its standout features and something commonly offered by the top credit card processors is sharable payment links that businesses can embed everywhere, from SMS and social media to email and websites. Brevo Payments is currently only available in France.
Since its inception in 2012, Brevo has evolved from a e-newsletter service into an all-in-one solution for customer relationship marketing. The company rebranded in May, explaining that its former name Sendinblue was too limiting for its expanded service list and future growth plans.
