ActiveCampaign Introduces ActiveCampaign HQ
ActiveCampaign, a SaaS platform for email marketing, automation, and CRM, launched ActiveCampaign HQ at the International Franchise Association’s annual convention in Phoenix.
The launch comes as a result of ActiveCampaign’s acquisition of Onesend in October last year. Jason VandeBoom, Founder and CEO of Active Campaign, announced plans to “incorporate the Onesend services into ActiveCampaign’s partner portal” to “provide agencies across the globe with a partner portal that can meet all of their business needs.”
ActiveCampaign HQ is the actualization of those plans, specifically designed to address the challenges franchise and multi-location businesses face when it comes to maintaining consistent messaging and branding in their marketing campaigns. From this single platform, business owners can “deliver consistent experiences at scale with personalized content for local customers.”
Brands will be able to distribute email and SMS marketing campaigns across hundreds of locations at once. To maintain branding consistency across locations, companies can share pre-approved brand templates from the HQ account to other connected ActiveCampaign accounts. ActiveCampaign HQ also offers a three-tier automated testing process for different campaign testing phases.
Additionally, ActiveCampaign HQ automates communication testing across locations. Users can track their national and global performance from one dashboard, as well as create organization-wide reports. Marketers and multi-location and franchise owners can easily understand and distinguish between the overall campaign’s performance and how it performs across individual locations.
“Ensuring consistent marketing across multiple locations is tough, often leading to fragmented or irrelevant campaigns,” said VandeBoom.
“We understand how time-consuming and expensive it is to manually sync everything across your regional operations. ActiveCampaign HQ was designed specifically to help these brands save thousands of dollars each month and improve their marketing by bringing all their locations into one platform, giving them scalable control.”
On top of these built-in capabilities, ActiveCampaign HQ integrates with popular business tools, including Shopify, Facebook, Google Ads, and more.
