Sitelio has done a pretty good job with its support service. There’s a well-developed FAQs section offering easy-to-understand answers to common questions.
If you have any technical questions, simply access the technical support section where there are in-depth tutorials on everything from mobile to SEO. Billing queries are addressed via a dedicated support portal.
While Sitelio does not have phone support, you can speak with the customer service team in real time via live chat, or write them an email.

Sitelio should have improved their service instead of accusing others
Sitelio provides a very easy-to-use web editor. I like that! But Sitelio provides a very unstable connection of my webpages. I clearly stated and repeated told them in my email that, "I was able to visit my pages (www......org) at about 10:30am" on Mar 2, 2024. This FACT DEMONSTRATES THAT the "propagation" completed successfully by 10:30am" on Mar 2, 2024! Anything happened after that IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SO-CALLED "propagation". However, I cannot visit my pages the second day on Mar. 3 (“www.......org uses an unsupported protocol."), and Sitelio accused my previous host and the “propagation”! The only one to be accused is Sitelio themselves!
Don't waste your company or client's money here. Siteleo does not include details on their invoice also the support is always unreachable. You're on your own when your website has problems or you want changes. Even a simple question will take more than a week to you to have a reply

Such a scam. Switch and bait. Lovely at first, but watch out, they will charge you $15 the first year and then get you for $300 ever after. When you call, they are condescending, rude and have every excuse in the book to justify what they've done, while providing you absolutely NOTHING you can find everywhere else for free! STEER CLEAR!
We have been with them since we started our company and have always had minor problems. However, now I have been without email for a week, the best they can tell me is we are working on it. Yet, the last communication came 4 days ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
These jerks cut their ties with the company that sponsored the marketplace that sold my one product in my store. They never even contacted me to tell me that my marketplace link was no longer working. Support is useless. They told me to get outside help. Their billing is terrible and confusing. Their customer service is a 3rd party outsourced crapshoot. Absolutely no help and terrible website. Trying to figure out if I can somehow keep my website design and take it anywhere else that actually knows how to conduct a business. Hope this company goes under.
I just received 3-year simple plan bill from Sitelio, $198.00. Your document shows the cost to be $6.60 per year for a simple plan. Why am I getting billed for $198.00 and not the advertised $19.80 It appears they are billing me for $66.00 a year, what am I missing? I did call and told that the amount I was being charged is correct.
I have abandoned using my Siteleo. I can only sit in frustration as pictures are configuring unproperly and work is disappearing as I constantly save and add more elements to my work. I would expect some form of compensation over finding the new company northing but wasting time and effort.
So I have been a customer for a year, never had an issue with sitelio. Now I am up for renewal and they decide to change my monthly payment to YEARLY! So instead of my 9.99 a month they look out $300!! Then when I pushed back about refunding my moneythey said it would take 7-10 days! But they were in ZERO rush to take their money 2 weeks before it was actually DUE! With that I called my bank who told me all they needed to do was send a letter on company letterhead to my bank and my bank would release the money back into my account. So i got back in touch with Sitelio again and they said no they refuse to do just that. Why refuse? THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE!! They should bend over backwards for their customers. And then, to top it off, they ignored me. Flat out ignored all my attempts to talk to them and then disconnected me.
POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!! EPIC BUSINESS FAIL!!! Never ever use these guys!!
