I’m a henna artist and my favourite thing about the form builder is that I can allow my customers to choose the length of their design (elbow, mid arm or up to the wrist) with the image selector tool. I get my clients forms and I am can quickly send them a quote. One thing I would say is that it can. Be a bit fiddly on the phone and the pc/laptop experience is way better.
I’ve been using Jotform with a paid account, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The platform itself is decent, but the reliability issues and especially the customer service are a huge letdown. First, the platform has experienced several issues with form submissions and data not syncing correctly. I reached out to customer support, expecting a swift resolution since I have a paid plan, but the response time has been abysmal. They only respond via email, and even when they do get back to me, it’s often slow and not helpful. It’s been days without a real solution, and I'm left in the dark with no way to fix my issues. I expected more from a paid service, especially when it comes to customer support. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t resolve issues in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Jotform to anyone looking for reliable, customer-oriented service.

I was tasked with creating a sign up form for a screening event which had a few specific logistical requirements. I toyed with sign up genius and google forms all day yesterday and I received a recommendation to try Jot Forms. I love it! It has everything I need, use of ease, and simple, aesthetic designs. I like the website, I like the product, I am very happy! Thank you Jot Form - you helped me with my job today.
We've had so many issues with Jotform. Simple things like being able to add some custom CSS is not available in their Card Form templates. There's no option to even align the text or change the line height. This meant that we had a large block of centrally aligned copy with is really poor for UX and accessibility. The latest issue, and the reason we'll be leaving the service is that although t says you can remove all Jotform branding in the pricing tables, its simply not true. If you want to give users the option to save and continue their progress in a form, then they are presented with a Jotform branded screen and asked if you would like to create an account or just have a link emailed to continue later. Sure, they are talking about a Jotform account here, but there's no way to remove their massive logo and sign up option and just have the send an email link option. This would completely confuse users who are on my personal website domain where I have a Jotform embedded suddenly being asked to create an account on Jotform. You cannot change this. Also, although we have tried to change this many times, the email address that the continue later email comes from is jotform.com. If you're a startup and looking for a quick and easy was to build out forms to test your market etc, jotform is NOT the service for you.
I really liked the simplicity of jotform, while giving the user the tools to do more complex things! So useful for my business!
