Although screenshots of the “early days” of our website are preserved in our company archive, these early designs were striking in their simplicity and functionality. Today, we have a more dynamic and interactive design.

Since you started, what helped you grow and retain your audience?

Our journey to success has been shaped by our digital marketing strategies, customer relationships and continuous improvement approach. As a company, we have adopted a comprehensive digital strategy and this strategy has expanded from SEO to digital marketing, digital strategy consultancy and finally artificial intelligence consultancy. We stood out in the sector with the services we provide in all these areas.

We increased our traffic flow by focusing on social media, advertising, PR work and especially SEO. By sharing our insights on these strategies, we enabled others to learn and contribute to their development. In order to achieve high conversion rates on the website, we focused on user experience and continuously improved our visitors’ satisfaction and on-site interactions. For example, we offered SEO tools and analytics, which increased users’ loyalty to our site.

In terms of customer relations, we have continuously improved the way we do business by listening carefully to and valuing customer feedback. Our efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty have led customers to choose us again. In this process, we analyzed customer feedback and developed innovations to best meet their needs, which made us competitive in the market.

As Webtures, we have offered a wide range of services from SEO to digital marketing and finally artificial intelligence consultancy. Our company has achieved a significant increase in the number of users by developing Turkey’s first SEO tools and we can support this success with numerical data; we are the leader in the SEO sector with an average of 1,500 queries per day.

Our future plans include further diversifying our service areas. We aim to expand into new markets and sectors and compete on a global scale, especially in the fields of digital strategy and artificial intelligence consultancy. To this end, we plan to develop local expertise to better understand the needs in different regions and offer customized solutions.

In addition, we will continue to expand our team and bring in new talents. In particular, we plan to create new positions specializing in data science, machine learning and customer relationship management. We also aim to accelerate our growth and increase our market share by establishing strategic partnerships in technology and content production.

These growth and expansion plans will lead our company to sustainable success in both the short and long term. On an individual level, I aim to further develop my leadership skills in this process and to constantly push myself to take my team to new heights. We have supported this evolution with the services we provide at every stage.

AI will play a major role in improving the effectiveness of our services by enabling deep personalization and automation of digital marketing strategies. But this will also lead to increased competition, and companies that specialize in this field and can offer innovative solutions will stand out. As a company, we are constantly updating ourselves and our services in order to keep up with these innovations and provide better service to our customers.

On the other hand, this rapid change in our industry also challenges the adaptability of companies. Adapting quickly to the latest trends in the world of marketing and SEO is both an opportunity and a challenge for companies. Therefore, as an alternative, we believe that agencies should invest not only in technology, but also in their strategic thinking capabilities.
