How does your mission differ from other companies in your niche?

At the core of our mission is the training and development of our country’s youth, particularly recent graduates, by providing them with valuable hands-on experience through involvement in international projects within the realm of digital media agencies.

By equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge in utilizing new tools and techniques, we aim to empower these individuals to contribute to the growth and enhancement of our country.

What inspired you to start your own WebSensePro​​, and how did you overcome the challenges you faced in the early days?

Throughout my journey, I have nurtured a profound fascination for technology. However, despite my passion, my qualifications lie outside the realm of computer science, which has hindered my ability to secure employment within the technology industry.

As a result, I made the deliberate choice to establish my own agency, driven by the desire to empower the youth in my country who lack the privilege of pursuing computer science or technology education at esteemed universities. It is worth noting that my own educational background is rooted in commerce.

What industries do you typically work with, and what are the common pain points your clients have when they come to you?

Our primary focus lies in assisting small businesses in the US and UK with their digital marketing requirements. This includes services such as website design, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid marketing through platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

And what makes them eventually choose you over your competitors?

We pride ourselves on offering affordable and reliable solutions. Over the past eight years, we have built a strong track record of working with companies in the US and UK, consistently delivering high-quality work and providing exceptional support.

What tools are most helpful in managing your business?

Some of the tools which we use on day to day basis
  • Trello is a neat and simple and pretty versatile solution to keep an eye on all my tasks
  • Asana: a good add-on to Trello. I like its more team-specific features
  • Zendesk: all we needed to scale our customer support
  • ChatGPT: do I really have to explain it?
  • Google Bard: great to understand customers behaviors and get different perspectives on a topic in minutes

Where do you go to hire new people, and what are the most important skills you look for?

For our hiring needs, we rely on indeed.com as our primary platform. When evaluating candidates, one of the most critical skills we prioritize is their proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS coding standards, which serves as a foundation for their work. Additionally, we employ a diverse range of tools to accomplish various tasks efficiently and effectively.

What challenges and opportunities do you see in the future of your industry, and how do you plan to cope?

The acquisition of new clients is an ongoing challenge, and we are committed to continuously updating our knowledge of emerging technologies and evolving market needs in order to effectively meet the requirements of our clients.
