WebMarketSupport was my entry point into the online business world. In 2014, I started researching ways to create an online business due to the complicated economic situation in my country and the rest of the world. With most local businesses in financial trouble, inflation running rampant, and unaffordable taxes driving up product prices, the internet seemed like an alternative solution. A global commerce platform with many advantages for both entrepreneurs and consumers.
I researched a number of business models and then decided to draw on my university knowledge of business organization and management to create a consulting agency. With thousands of small businesses expanding online and the ability to reach them regardless of geographic location, the time had come for me to take action and utilize my skills.

We focus our resources on targeted campaigns that speak directly to our audience’s needs and values, and we use insights from market research to refine our strategies over time. We continuously monitor and analyse data and user feedback so we can adapt and scale.
Additionally, I am a huge fan of meaningful, long-term partnerships and networking, whether it is through collaborations with influencers, complementary businesses, affiliates, joint ventures, or co-marketing campaigns or by supporting local causes, sponsoring events, and related activities that can enhance a brand’s reputation.
What are the most common mistakes companies make in digital marketing?
Most businesses jump into digital marketing without a solid strategic plan. Maybe there’s pressure to stay competitive, impatience to try new trends, or debts that must be paid off, and many other reasons. Only a minority of businesses invest time and resources in understanding consumers’ needs, which is another huge issue.

It helped with customer personalisation through dynamic content recommendations, predictive analytics, and virtual assistants. It improved data analysis and insights, enhanced customer experience, contributed to mass and effective automation, smarter advertising, fraud detection, and brand safety, and revolutionized content strategies. On top of that, AI predicts future trends and customer behavior and can help optimise budget distribution.
