ScheduleReader solves this by dynamically presenting project data from XER and XML schedules, removing the need for PDFs. The software works with project files without connecting to any database and can open any large project plans in just a few seconds. It is a faster and more accurate way to see project data and make well-informed decisions.

In addition to this, we invest in paid advertising. Additionaly, this year, Synami is committed to creating valuable lead magnets for all brands in our portfolio, including ScheduleReader.
Overall, we are satisfied with our current results and continually work on refining our tactics. I anticipate even better outcomes in the near future thanks to our SEO strategy.
What are the most important tools in your techstack?
A few tools really stand out for making our work smoother and more efficient. We use a range of Zoho apps in our everyday work, but the CRM is the centerpiece. It’s vital for managing our customer relationships and integrates seamlessly with many of our other systems.
Our goal is to ensure that our systems are not only efficient but also easy to maintain. This approach aligns with our commitment to building a resilient and flexible organization, capable of adapting to changing demands and ensuring long-term success.

Looking into the future, we are excited about our new cloud-based solution, PPM Core, a project portfolio management platform that represents a significant step forward in Synami’s commitment to innovation and efficiency. This new platform offers enhanced capabilities and greater flexibility for our clients.
Additionally, when it comes to our desktop applications, ScheduleReader stands out, as the market clearly indicates. We are experiencing upward trends in almost every region, and I anticipate a substantial increase in demand for the software in the Middle East and Africa. Generally, wherever large projects are being developed, particularly in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and energy utilities, there will be a corresponding demand for ScheduleReader. It serves as an invaluable tool for project managers, schedulers, stakeholders, and field workers.
The growth of companies in our reseller network over the past year further confirms the product’s upward trend and its promising potential.
We are continually enhancing ScheduleReader with new functionalities. In the most recent 9.6 version, we’ve introduced improved graphical reports and the ability to read layout fonts as in Primavera P6. But, there is more to come.
