How did it all start, and what are your achievements to this day?
Statusbrew for the better part of the decade was originally a B2C Twitter focused application (with over 1 million downloads) that revolved around audience management. In 2018 we evolved to a B2B platform that bridges the gap between businesses and customers on social while making it convenient for teams to plan, execute and measure every effort on social using a unified tool.
Today, we’re proud to serve over 10,000 businesses globally, including Fortune 500 companies and renowned marketing agencies. Our platform manages millions of social interactions every day, helping businesses connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Can you share one success story from your customers? What was their pain point, and what results did they get thanks to Statusbrew?
We’ve been working with this neo bank from Europe, Vivid Money who came to us when they were looking to create a strong end-to-end experience for its customers & community across different channels, regions, and markets.
Their pain points were scale (hundreds of messages, comments & more every day) & the challenges ((trolls, abusive, offensive comments, etc., on social) that come with it. Additonally they were also serving a multi-lingual audience (customer base from Germany, France, Spain, etc.) with a distributed team.
Statusbrew serves as a single dashboard for all their customer conversations across social.
With everything being managed in one platform, Vivid’s community managers collaborate with other teammates more effectively, easily keep track of customer conversations and history, and provide faster resolutions for customers.
By leveraging Statusbrew’s automation capabilities, Vivid has eliminated all spam, offensive, and imposter interactions across their organic and inorganic content. This has reduced all the noise and has created Vivid’s social channels, a safe space for its community resulting in the team saving time overall, and customer satisfaction becoming a lot better.
What do you see in the future of your industry, and how do you plan to cope?
In the last few months we’ve seen rapid growth in avenues like LLMs, NLPs and generative AI. We strongly believe these would have a major impact in our industry.
These technologies can analyze user behavior and engagement patterns more accurately and on a larger scale than ever before. This enables more effective targeting, content creation, and engagement strategies.
We plan to invest heavily in this technology to enhance our offerings, and our team is already working on introducing AI powered features & automations that would enhance Content Suggestions, Smart Replies, Spike Detction and more.
Additionally, we see the growing prevalence of shorter format video content (TikTox, Reels, Shorts) and want to enable our customers to make the most of it. We’ve released support for Instagram Story & YouTube Shorts scheduling this month and plan to bring more features that augment video content.
