Please describe the story behind the company: What sparked the idea, and how has it evolved so far?
The story behind the name “Safnah” which is Arabic Iraqi word that means someone paused or has his brain stopped for a short time because he can’t rethink words or even doesn’t know how to replay or take an action, and that word brightened because the majority of our Iraqi people had that reaction when you ask him/her something new or weird.
As for how it evolved, it started with 3 talented persons in the beginning, then we started to search and reach other talented people in the IT field and invite them to join us in our company.

What is the mission of Safnah?

Who are your typical customers, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?
My typical customer is someone who wants something to improve their IT infrastructure, solve their problems, increase their productivity through innovative tools and improve their brand with top high-quality designs whether graphic designs or web designs. They want something that makes them feel unique among other business competitors
I think the main challenge that our services solve is streamlining and optimizing business processes, making employees collaboration easier and more efficient, getting tasks done faster and delivered in the top highest quality, increasing their ROI in the long run, upgrading IT infrastructure, and making it more securable, optimizing search for information process for the whole staff and much more challenges our customized services and solutions will solve.
