We strongly believe in keeping our user privacy. Our system is built with the latest recommendations and best practices in mind. The AI Bump Generator is built in a way that does not put any of our user’s privacy at risk.
Some of Rebump’s key privacy features:
Rebump’s database only saves information necessary to provide their service, including the user’s email address, original email message sent, and metadata like date/time and recipient email address. This information is stored for the exclusive purpose of including it in the follow-up “bumps” and is not accessed by any Rebump employees
HTTPS encryption for all communication between backend systems to protect data in transit.
Access to user data is restricted to only Rebump employees, contractors, and agents who need it to operate, develop, or improve the service. Confidentiality obligations bind them.
Rebump adheres to Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements, for any information received from Google APIs.
Contact information is never used for marketing or other unauthorized purposes
Our privacy policy clear states what information is collected, how it is used, and the user’s rights. The policy is updated periodically and users are notified of any changes
Are there any common misconceptions about the role of AI in your industry that must be dispelled ASAP? What’s the truth?
The main misconception is that using AI alone will solve your email marketing problems. In the beginning, when we developed our AI tool, we knew that just using general data would not be enough. What we did is we trained with information from the best and most acclaimed excerpts in the field.
If there was one key takeaway you wish our readers could bring home from our conversation, what would it be?
AI is just a technology to make our lives easier and it should be used to support our creativity, not to replace it.
