What unique approach, features, or capabilities make you stand out from the competition, and how exactly? Can you share metrics and examples that show the difference you’re making?
We’re underdogs, and we own it. Our ever growing team is a powerful mix of social media moguls, content creators, designers, account managers, copywriters and developers – passionate creatives who love what they do, and have fun doing it.

“Their team is not only very kind, genuine, and attentive, but they also listen and act upon our needs and requests.” Brand Manager, ZAGG
What are the unexpected challenges your company has faced since its founding, and what are the most valuable lessons you have learned from these ups and downs?
Navigating Covid was definitely one of the toughest things we’ve navigated as a business. As a two year old agency in the eye of the storm, we learned to be super agile and responsive to external pressures – the things we can’t control.
As a result, we keep many irons in the fire and get creative with our future planning.
P.S. We’ve got some exciting things in the works…
What has been your most effective marketing channel so far, and why? Great if you can share one specific campaign or tactic that yielded great results.
In all honesty, recommendations. There’s nothing like a happy client referring you because of the great work you’ve done. We have incredibly transparent relationships with our clients and we ask for feedback – honesty is always the best policy.

What are the emerging trends and challenges you plan on tackling next year? How exactly do you plan to do that?
The biggest thing for us is understanding and talking about the intersection of human creativity and AI. In a world full of endless generative AI content, human made art and assets will be coveted.
AI can play an important role in offering unique perspectives and approaches on creativity, but at the end of the day, wouldn’t it be better if it could take on the tasks that prevent us from being more creative in the first place?
To wrap up, if you had to share one business tip that the rest of your industry disagrees with, what would it be?
Let your team work from home. An empowered and trusted team is a happy team! We’ve created a great work/life balance at OOB which I’m very proud of.
