Can you give us a brief overview of Techwarrior Technologies as a company and its founding story?
In 2007 I bought my best friend’s computer repair company which I had helped him set up a year prior when I got out of the army, its name was bland, and it primarily did retail and break-fix mom-and-pop stuff. At the time I was working as a government contractor as a network administrator. Once I took over, I slowly started to grow it and move it into more business services, forensics, recoveries, and managed tech support, web design, online marketing, a sort of One Stop Shop for all things Tech and Business. However, we also kept the break-fix work as we never want to leave people without quality computer repair. From the original idea of just Techwarrior, we turned it into Techwarrior Technologies because we are always bringing in new products and services and we are working on some of our own technologies and projects to be released.What can you tell me about your Web Design services?
Our web design services are custom-tailored to each client. We can do everything from simple pages for small businesses, all the way up to huge social media platforms or corporate sites. Most of our web design work is usually more connected to clients who already use our Ninja Managed Tech Support and Management Services.How can you help your clients restore lost data?
We have been doing data recovery since 2008 when we became an authorized service center for Datatech Labs. Since then we have built some of our own equipment to do data recoveries, transfers, and more. We do a lot of work with fire restoration companies getting data back for people whose devices have been ravaged by fires and natural disasters.What other services do you offer?
Techwarrior Technologies offers general computer repair, managed tech support, data recovery, virus removals and computer lockdowns, forensics, consulting services, email management, Office365 support, and more.What can we expect from the company in the near future?
We are currently growing the retail product side of our business and improving our data recovery services and hardware, we hope to have our own clean room soon too. Even though we really have great relationships with our partner labs we really would like to be able to do that in-house also.
