Can you give us a brief overview of Reservation.Tools as a company? How and when was it founded and what pain points were you trying to solve?
Reservation.Tools was established to address the challenges faced by restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in managing reservations and customer relationships. With about 2 decades of experience in software engineering, I recognized the need for a comprehensive solution that facilitates these processes. Venues needed fast, real-time software to manage customer reservations and an automated way to manage customer relations. It was mandatory to be fast. This is something we focus a lot of effort on. The brand was founded in 2016. Step by step from an MVP, we recreated this app many times, sometimes from scratch to be one step ahead. We strive to provide venues capabilities, that they don’t have now on top of making current processes automated, transparent, faster, and more reliable.What features does the platform offer?

By consolidating bookings from various channels – such as phone calls, your website, social media, and your business profile in Google Search and Maps – into a single platform we help streamline the process. Our user-friendly interface provides a visual layout of your venue, allowing you to see table availability at a glance and make adjustments in real-time. Accessible from any internet-connected device, Reservation.Tools offers the flexibility to manage reservations on the go. Additionally, the system sends automatic confirmations and reminders to customers via SMS or email. We also offer the option to accept deposits for reservations by various payment methods, including online payments, bank transfers, and cash payments.What booking channels do you support?
At Reservation.Tools, we’ve transformed how your venue connects with guests by integrating multiple booking channels. Our platform enables reservations directly from your website through a customizable booking form. Taking it a step further, we’re an official partner of “Reserve with Google,” enabling your venue to accept reservations directly from Google Search and Google Maps. This way the potential guests can book a table at your place with just a few clicks, right from their search results.This integration also helps the venue get more people, looking to book a place to dine or have fun. Understanding the importance of efficient communication, we’ve implemented a feature that automatically shows who is calling within the app, which fills in customer information when they call your venue. We are also integrated with various booking marketplaces, and we continue integrating more on customer demand. We also integrate various POS software systems and other platforms.

Our plans are tied to the usage, and number of reservations processed. And are priced per venue. At this point, the plans start from 25 EUR up to 75 EUR per month for the unlimited plan. All plans include all features.
