Can you give me a brief overview of Optimized Marketing as a company and its background?

Optimized Marketing helps local service businesses get more leads for less money. We started in 2013 and have built a strong track record, especially with franchise dealers in industries like water treatment, roofing, and home services. Our team blends smart digital marketing with hands-on support, making sure businesses don’t just get clicks—they get real customers.

How do you collect local leads for your clients, and how do you ensure that you’ll have them for any niche?

We use a mix of search ads, social ads, and local SEO to bring in leads. But getting leads isn’t enough—they have to be the right ones. That’s why we test, track, and fine-tune everything to make sure our clients get quality leads that actually turn into paying customers. We’ve worked across multiple industries, so we know how to adapt fast, no matter the niche.

What is your approach to online ads, be it search engine ads or social media ads?

We focus on what works. For search ads, we go after high-intent keywords that bring in ready-to-buy customers. For social media, we create ads that grab attention and spark action. The key is tracking—our clients know exactly which ads are bringing in leads and which ones aren’t. That way, we can keep making things better and lower their cost per lead over time.

What role does AI play in your work?

AI helps us move faster and make smarter decisions. We use it to analyze data, find patterns, and improve ad targeting. But AI doesn’t replace strategy—our team still makes the big decisions. It’s a tool, not a magic button.
