I’m Jeff Roscher, CEO, and co-founder of Information Professionals, Inc. (eWorkOrders). As the visionary behind advanced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, my goal is to empower businesses to efficiently manage maintenance operations, fostering streamlined processes and heightened efficiency. After completing my MBA at Rutgers University, my career kicked off at a leading pharmaceutical company. As a systems analyst, I developed and supported the animal health division’s territory management system, later moving to corporate headquarters where I maintained various systems, including a financial planning model. Despite enjoying my time in the pharmaceutical industry, I recognized the need for an affordable application to help small to mid-size businesses efficiently manage work orders, repairs, facilities, and equipment within their budget. Fueled by passion and a clear objective, I, along with my tech-savvy brother Brian, embarked on a transformative journey to establish a pioneering software and consulting company. Recognizing the market need for a cost-effective solution to streamline maintenance operations, we aimed to develop a user-friendly solution adaptable to diverse organizational structures. Departing from corporate giants, we founded eWorkOrders with a dedication to customer success, delivering high-quality software and exceptional customer service. What services do you offer?
