Please give us a bit of background to Brandignity and the solutions you provide to customers?
We are a full service digital marketing company offering various data driven solutions including SEO, content strategy, website design, paid ads, email marketing and a few other items to help with digital visibility.
Why do you think your agency stands out from other digital agencies?
We try to be very transparent with our approach. Many times, with digital marketing many of the efforts executed can be intangible so it’s important to get deliverables into the client’s often so they can see the work being done.
What questions should a website owner be asking when looking to hire for SEO work?
I think one of the most important questions to ask is about process. SEO is something that clients tend to have a hard time wrapping their heads around. It’s crucial for clients to understand what goes into building a long lasting SEO strategy and that it’s a building process that takes time to nurture.
Clients want results and if it’s quicker, better for them. How long does SEO work typically take to start seeing results?
This answer can be very case by case. There are a lot of factors that go into seeing SEO results. Everything from the age of a domain to industry all play a role in seeing results. We usually like to start with onpage SEO so the client’s website can be properly indexed in Google. You have to get those keywords on their first in strategic locations.
What digital marketing trends should we be paying attention to at the moment?
UX has always been important. I think many times clients don’t realize that your website really needs to be setup for conversions. SEO will only work if your website leads traffic down a path to a conversion.
