Can you share some details about Agência N1 with our readers and give me a brief history of the company?

N1.ag was born out of a market need within the ecosystem of the e-commerce platform “VTEX.” Many stores required professional services as there was more demand than supply. To address this, we brought together a team of highly skilled professionals with over nine years of experience in the industry to support stores in project implementation, store evolution focusing on layout and development, paid media, and other services. This approach led to rapid growth in our early years, earning us awards within the ecosystem.

What is the process of implementing an online store on a website?

The process is not as complicated as it may seem, and there are several paths that can be taken. It all starts with the briefing response that we send to the retailer. Since we work with medium and large-sized stores, the operation usually has a team dedicated to content management. N1 is responsible for the entire project management, including scheduling all stakeholders and handling the layout design and development within the desired CMS. A large and complex project like this can take between 60 to 100 days to complete until launch.

Why do you think N1 can help its clients achieve better sales results?

We’ve noticed that many stores today have well-structured layouts, but when we analyze their performance, the sites are often slow and not attractive to the general public, according to Google Page Speed or other analysis tools. This is where we step in to solve this pain point. Recently, we started working with a headless CMS called DECO.cx, which we find very promising. It can connect to any e-commerce platform, allowing us to create high-performance sites for sales regardless of the platform the store uses. This approach has delivered excellent results for our clients.

You mentioned that DECO.cx is a good alternative for stores struggling with slow performance. Can you tell us more about that?

Absolutely. DECO.cx is a headless CMS from a Brazilian startup that was established just over a year ago. It connects to almost all existing e-commerce platforms. Since it’s nearly impossible to specialize in all the platforms available today, we’ve focused on this CMS from DECO and are one of the leading providers executing projects with it. Using Google Page Speed as a benchmark, we can consistently achieve a score above 90/100 for our clients’ stores using this technology. It’s quite impressive.

What is N1’s strategy for the future? Which markets do you aim to target with your mix of services and technical expertise?

We are currently focusing on entering the European and American markets. We understand that there are operations with significant growth potential that are often limited by layout issues or the performance challenges I mentioned earlier. The majority of operations we observe fit this profile, so I believe it won’t be too difficult to penetrate these markets by showcasing our solutions.
