HiView Solutions. We talked about company’s beginnings, how it evolved, and how he envisions the future of the industry.
Please present HiView Solutions to our audience.
HiView Solutions is a Google Cloud Premier Partner, meaning that Google endorses us as a reseller and service provider for their digital products, specifically Google Workspace. Google Workspace is Google’s productivity, collaboration, and storage solution for business.
We are a fully-remote team with most employees based in North and Central America.
Please describe the story behind the company: What sparked the idea, and how has it evolved so far?
My now–business partner Narjit Patel and I were working as a consultant when we began to see an unmet need for people-centric workplace technology implementation. As many business leaders come to find, the move to even the best technology can only be successful if all employees are brought along the journey.
With this idea in mind, Narjit and I founded HiView Solutions in 2016. Her Change Management expertise helped the business grow exponentially, with our team even ranking #543 in the latest Inc 5000 publication of the fastest-growing U.S. companies.
Seven years later, we continue to focus on Google Workspace implementation and optimization. On the management side, we credit much of our success to hiring top-tier talent and always conducting business transparently, both with our customers and partners.
What services do you offer?
We offer everything businesses need to thrive with Google Workspace— implementation, training, data migration, security services, and support. We provide technical support to our license resale customers at no cost to them.
What is the mission of HiView Solutions?
Our mission is “Building your business for tomorrow.” This means doing what it takes for our clients to enjoy the most productive, secure Google Workspace environment they can, helping their business achieve long-term success.
Who are your typical clients, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?
As you’ll see by glancing over our case studies, we serve clients of a wide variety of sizes and industries. On average, our clients have around one hundred employees and are looking to either migrate to Google Workspace for the first time, or improve their existing Google environment. Almost all of our clients are located in the United States or Mexico.
How do you envision the future of your industry?
The Google Cloud Partner ecosystem is quite competitive and I don’t envision this will change any time soon. We will continue to differentiate ourselves by providing excellent support and training services in English and Spanish, creating high-quality resources for our customers, and maintaining a people-centric approach in all of our projects.
