What does the application process for a freelancer entail?

Freelancers may apply by creating an account (the first one is free!) and filling in an application form that includes their DiSC profile results. They are then asked to sign a standard NDA which covers all sensitive information regarding client projects on the platform, after which there will be a quick initial interview and briefing for a paid test task.
