Can users register and purchase domain names from GoZen?
Yes, we offer domain name registration to all our customers, and we are always expanding the list of TLD’s at competitive rates. We also provide free DNS service to customers who purchase their domain names from us, whether they host their domain with us or not.
What are your Hosting plans?
We offer three basic business hosting plans based on cPanel. While a lot of our competitors have raised their cPanel pricing, we at GoZen HOST have raised the limit on our features, but not our prices. In fact, in many cases customers that have outgrown their Business Hosting Plan (with us or with another provider) won’t have to migrate to a Virtual Private server as quickly as they might have thought.
What are your cloud server options, and how do they differ from dedicated servers?
Our cloud servers offer much more stability and flexibility. They provide our customers with the power of a dedicated server without the cost. It also provides the security they need, and in case of failure, we can start a new instance and, in a few milliseconds, attach their drives or change their resources (CPU / RAM / DISK ) on the fly.
Do your plans include SSL?
Yes, all our business hosting plans include Domain Validated SSL by cPanel. Our Managed VPS also includes cPanel D.V. for all domains. In case of DirectAdmin Server, we host with LetEncrypt.
What operating systems are running on your servers?
Our servers run CentOS 6.x / 7.x and Ubuntu. But customers can install Fedora (various versions), Windows, and even their own OS using KVM in to connect your media.
Is server management available?
Yes, clients on our Managed Dedicated and Virtual Private Servers have been delighted with our server management. In fact, many of our clients have been with us since GoZen Host LLC was founded.
What security do you have to protect against hackers and other cyberthreats?
Our goal is to stay updated and secure. We use strict firewall rules, and keep our servers patched to keep our clients safe. Additionally, we have very stringent rules about passwords and usernames and enforce their periodic changing.
