Please describe the story behind the company: What sparked the idea, and how has it evolved so far?
CREALOGIX was founded in 1996 by four men who believed that it was possible to deliver innovative technology that delivered a return on investment for financial institutions and provided a significant step forward in digital customer service. The company delivered the first internet banking solution in Switzerland and has since gone from strength to strength with innovative digital solutions across the financial services sector. The company was listed on the stock exchange in 2000 and continues to be an industry pioneer across the world.
What services do you offer?
CREALOGIX Digital Hub is a SaaS solution that allows financial institutions to deliver world class digital applications for their customers. The platform is secure and scalable, allowing banks and wealth management firms to innovate at their own pace, based on customer demand. It enables a modern microservice-based architecture and provides API-led connectivity, allowing for secure integrations with third-party providers that deliver on the potential for open finance and multi banking.
CREALOGIX Conversational AI delivers next-generation customer interaction for financial institutions. From secure chat channels that allow advisors to contact their clients directly on their preferred digital channel to AI-powered chatbots that provide automated support for routine inquiries and deliver next-generation digital personalized communications.

Which trends and technologies do you find to be particularly intriguing these days?
Customers are starting to demand more from digital banking services and innovations from other industries are driving expectations higher. At CREALOGIX we believe that conversational banking is the next major challenge for banks to deliver on; this means providing exceptional, convenient service online with secure messages and a full audit trail.
There has also been a shift in perspective to look beyond simple tasks and consider integrated customer journeys. This means omnichannel communications, multi-banking and open finance are all very important. Customers don’t want to have to take a conversation offline if they began online, or switch to another portal to add a new service.
This focus on what the customer expects is what drives our innovation and is coupled with our clear understanding of the regulatory and security requirements of our clients. This empowers our clients to apply the latest digital innovations to their service and, thanks to our flexible provision, make it their own.
