In an exclusive interview with
Website Planet, Will Haire shares the journey of BellaVix, a marketplace management company that has been transforming the e-commerce landscape since 2018.
With a mission to help brands thrive on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, BellaVix has already supported its partners in generating over half a billion dollars in sales. Drawing from a decade of agency experience, Will founded BellaVix to deliver innovative marketing and management solutions that go beyond the basics.
From full-service channel management to advanced advertising strategies, BellaVix is setting a new standard for success in the digital marketplace.
How would you introduce BellaVix to our audience?
BellaVix is a marketplace management company that has been in business since 2018. We specialize in marketing and management services, and to date, we’ve helped our partners generate over half a billion dollars in sales.
Can you tell us about the origins of the company? What was the inspiration for starting it, and how has it grown since then?
I’ve been working in agencies since around 2013, learning the ropes along the way. Like many entrepreneurs, I realized I could do it better myself, so I started with general digital marketing. Over time, I focused specifically on Amazon and Walmart, which is now the core of our business.
Working with e-commerce sellers and brands across various categories has been incredibly rewarding. The platforms are always evolving, which keeps things exciting—perfect for someone like me with ADHD. We’ve seen great success, including two of my colleagues retiring after selling their businesses, which was a rewarding milestone for me. It’s a dynamic, fun environment, and with everything moving toward digital, the opportunity to sell more online has never been greater.
Could you outline the services you offer?
We offer full-service management, handling everything from the moment inventory is sent to a fulfillment center. This includes ensuring proper shipment check-in, optimizing backend listings for search, and implementing marketing, promotional, and advertising strategies. In about 90% of cases, we manage the entire channel for our clients.
We also offer advertising-only services, and graphic design is available as needed, specifically for growing brands on Amazon and Walmart. These are the core services we provide.
What is the core mission behind BellaVix?
Our core mission is to grow brands on marketplaces. We achieve this by having world-class people delivering world-class service. As an international, 100% remote company, we take pride in our rigorous training program, which complements the experience of our employees. We’re proud to help brands scale and increase their revenue on marketplaces, and I’m incredibly proud of the top-notch team that makes all of this possible.
In what ways do you stand out from similar companies?
What sets us apart is our process. While there are many companies offering similar services, we focus heavily on results and take a bottom-up approach. We employ full-funnel marketing and advertising tactics, actively building audiences for the brands we work with—something that many agencies overlook. While others may focus primarily on pay-per-click and basic strategies, we dive deeper, adding services like Google search, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations to help us achieve our goals.
Additionally, we’re a small team that prioritizes quality over quantity. We deliberately limit the number of clients we take on so our team can focus on providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong communication, and being proactive in managing accounts, rather than just trying to keep up with a high volume of clients.
What is your outlook on the future direction of your industry?
The future of our industry is heavily tied to AI. As you’ve probably heard in other interviews, AI is already being integrated with platforms like Amazon and Rufus, helping to personalize shopping experiences. For example, AI is now creating holiday guides and influencing how products are presented to customers, shaping their shopping behavior.
We’re on the brink of a major shift in how people shop online, and much of this will be driven by AI, especially through tools like ChatGPT and personalized AI assistants. This will result in more personalized experiences, leading to increased sales and new opportunities.
For us as an agency, the challenge is figuring out how to optimize our products for AI, how to leverage technology to save time, and ultimately, how to use these tools to drive better results for our clients.
