I’m Aayush Kamora, the Head of Marketing and Communications at Auraya and I oversee and direct all marketing and communication initiatives at Auraya. Traditional methods often fall short in the face of sophisticated attacks. EVA Contact Center serves as an on-premise, cloud-based, or hybrid voice biometric extension for various contact center platforms like AVAYA, Genesys, 8×8, Twilio, Amazon Connect, or Five9. This enables secure and frictionless IVR identity verifications, streamlining the customer experience while ensuring robust identity verification.

EVA Forensics, another component of the suite, offers real-time fraud detection capabilities during voice and bot interactions or when communicating with an agent. How did you come up with the idea?

There was an idea to revolutionize digital identity verification in the ever-evolving landscape of the Metaverse, where traditional methods like passwords and device authentication falter against emerging threats.

The advent of synthetic voices, exemplified by deepfakes like the one featuring Morgan Freeman, highlights the glaring need for advanced and foolproof solutions. This unsettling reality underscores the idea that our current understanding of these technological advancements is merely scratching the surface, and that we are at the brink of realizing that what we comprehend now is akin to child’s play when compared to the concealed and pervasive capabilities that exist for manipulating identity and crafting complete digital personas. This realization goes beyond, indicating a need for more comprehensive approaches to safeguarding digital identities.
