A Combination of Programming and Design
If you are a beginner then you will love FormLogix and I will tell you why. It’s because they have this nifty drag-and-drop tool that will allow you to drop in cells, images, text and columns into your new form.
If you are looking for a free plan, then they do have a limited option plan that you can use for free, but you will suffer from a lack of elements and features. Failing that, it’s worth signing up to a 7-day free trial and seeing if you want to upgrade to the full package.
Why Choose FormLogix?
- No layout restrictions
- Drag-and-drop or flow-based form creation
- SSL in paid version

Templates & Designs
FormLogix Has Staple Forms
FormLogix has a number of basic forms in the template section of the site.
Template Selection: The types of forms are varied, from dog sitter forms to RSVPs for families or small businesses.
Customization: You can tweak the templates as you need – the coolest feature being you have control of the page layout.
Easy to Hit The Ground Running With
No form builder should run into too many usability problems, but some do when they offer way too much for the end-user. FormLogix generally offers a minimalist approach to their form builder, only showing you the features and tools that really matters. If you want to ‘go advanced’ then you have the option to switch from basic to more advanced modes.
The handy drag-and-drop tool is always sitting waiting for you to use, and this tool is a great way for any beginner to implement images, forms, fields and whatever you like on the form. The easy and simplest way to create effective forms.
FormLogix feels limited in terms of features, and for the price you might want to go with a builder that offers more.
There are a decent number of features for the paid versions, and the Widgets offer unlimited forms/submissions.
Pricey For Monthly Service
While it’s nice of FormLogix to offer free Widgets for people that need (very) simple forms, their builder is a bit on the pricey side. Still, there are no limitations like other builders and eCommerce is included.
Messy Support Center, Tips and Tricks Blog
There is an extensive amount of How-Tos on the site, but the support center is not very well organized – search results show up in the wrong table and always open in a new window when clicked, resulting in a lot of open tabs. The articles themselves are easy to understand. An active How To blog also adds tips and tricks. They also give premium support via email or ticket to paying users.
- Video Tutorials
- Email Support
- Support Center
- Blog – very active
- Live Chat
- Phone Support
FormLogix is an ambitious operation that – while not free – offers decent features for its price. The free widgets are so basic, you might as well go somewhere else for more functionality. Its best feature is that you are not limited to the standard boring form layout – you can put elements anywhere on the page.
